David has served as the Executive Director of Sarah’s Guest House since 2018, leading the organization with a deep commitment to hospitality and community partnership. Before joining SGH, he oversaw adult programming at LAUNCH CNY. David holds a B.S. from SUNY Oswego and an M.S. from SUNY Cortland. Outside of work, he volunteers with several local organizations, including the Historic Oakwood Cemetery Preservation Association and various Eastwood neighborhood initiatives. His dedication to community service has earned him multiple honors, including an alumni award from SUNY Oswego, recognition cords from SUNY ESF, and, in 2025, an Emmy Award for a story with 9WSYR. Most notably David runs a social media account, @SyracuseHistory. For his storytelling efforts, he has won several local and state awards.
