Thank you to everyone who attended our fabulous 2024 Gala of Giving held on Saturday, April 13th at the beautiful Turning Stone Resort and Casino! The evening was a stunning success as everyone brought on the bling to celebrate and support Sarah’s Guest House. Thanks to our sponsors and attendees, we raised $145,000 to help support Sarah’s Guest House and the patients and their caregivers who stay with us throughout the year. This is an amazing testament and tribute to our 30 year milestone anniversary of providing hospitality, hope and healing to more than 22,000 guests. The elegant evening was full of fun and energy, with outstanding musical entertainment by the talented BILLIONAIRES Band. From our traditional “bubbly champagne greeting” – to the incredible Silent Auction items – and our Grand Prize deluxe getaway raffle, the evening was full of positive spirit with plenty of socializing and dancing. More importantly, it allowed us to showcase and recognize the “Hearts Behind the House” – those groups of dedicated people who have made the house thrive since 1994. Past house guests, Rick Saxe and Bob Burnham, were part of the program with Bob sharing his personal sentiments about staying at the house and both Bob and Rick being “cheerleaders” along with House Founder Mary Keough for our FUND THE HOUSE appeal.
